| N Design Group has carefully developed a process to make each client’s project an enjoyable journey from beginning to end. You can expect creative thinking, detailed planning, and exceptional project management. We’ve made our remodeling process “headache-free” and serve as your general contractor. That means we will handle all scheduling, coordination of labor and materials, and quality control. Our goal is to not only meet, but exceed our client's expectations. Visualization and Inspiration...Collect your ideasSo we could understand your needs better, you can begin by collecting articles and magazines of design ideas that reflect your lifestyle and taste where we will review them at our first meeting. This is also a good time to start establishing a realistic budget that you are comfortable with. Step One…We listenOur first meeting will be scheduled in your home where we conduct a complimentary consultation and listen to your thoughts, likes, dislikes and start implementing ideas and getting to know your wants and needs better. We are going to ask you a lot of questions. This is so we can determine your style, direct you to the right design direction and learn more about your unique taste. We will then start the design process for the spaces that we are planning for you. If you haven’t filled out our kitchen or bath guide already, then we will do this together to make sure we understand what is important to you, and how you will be using the space. Step Two…Creating Your Style
We take your thoughts and ideas and create a design that functions well with your lifestyle. One of our designers will work with you, one-on-one, to help you with selections: from countertop colors to tile backsplash patterns to the design of fixtures and cabinetry handles. We expertly coordinate your selections to enhance your space and communicate your unique taste. *A retainer fee is requested to start your remodeling project during this phase. Step Three…Making Your Dreams a RealityFinally, the construction phase begins. We will meet with you on the job site to review the entire scope of work, walk through the project and discuss how the job will be built. During this phase, we finalize the details such as materials and appliance choices, control costs, and create an accurate schedule that delivers a timely project completion. Our design consultant and general contractor review the entire project to ensure that any unanswered questions are addressed.
